Do you provide system documentation?
We provide the SRS documentation to the client. The code will have comments to facilitate easy comprehension. Our documentation is comprehensive and self-explanatory.
Do you guarantee the security and confidentiality of our intellectual property?
This clause is covered in the IP contract, and NDA is also signed between us and the customer specifying the same. In addition, we audit our processes and train employees on a regular basis. These efforts ensure that our customers' intellectual property is always secure.

Will you work with client’s internal team or consultant or auditor?
We always focus on client success and maintain full transparency. We are always happy to work with client's internal or third party auditor to make the project better.
Who owns the code/designs for the project?
As per our Master Services Agreement the code and all the intellectual property belongs to the client.
What Happens after You Finish my project?
Once the application is finished and released, we start providing support and maintenance services if no active development is planned. The detailed terms and conditions of such services are discussed, noted and stated in an additional Statement of Work. Also, we can provide some training and knowledge transfer service to the internal team. We have been making our company and its philosophy on building long-term relationships with companies.
Do I need to invest heavy chunk of money as deposit to get started?
No, we offer time and material pricing model which helps client to pay for work which is done every billing cycle(15/30 days).

We take TDD approch. Test Driven Development (TDD) is a software development approach in which test cases are developed to specify and validate what the code will do. In simple terms, test cases for each functionality are created and tested first and if the test fails then the new code is written in order to pass the test and making code simple and bug-free. In addition to that our Business Analysts document each and every feature and check the application in every sprint to ensure the acceptance criteria is met and followed in the final product. Every project goes through the hands of suitable QA/testing professionals, under stringent test-plans including black-box testing, white-box testing, test regression, usage analysis etc.
